This was an excellent and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Hiroko was very welcoming, making us feel at ease in her lovely home. My partner and myself attended a cooking lesson, using a voucher bought as a present. I was a little apprehensive, but should not have worried. Hiroko was marvellous, made us so welcome, and at ease. The whole thing was a pleasure. The preparation was made really interesting, each step being explained, and Hiroko's enthusiasm for her food was infectious, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Then came the eating of the food. Well it was delicious, we were really pleased. The 4 courses had been picked by ourselves, and we were given recipe sheets to keep. Both myself and my partner Nina would thoroughly recommend Hiroko's cooking lessons to anyone who enjoys cooking, and we bought some gift packages for Christmas presents. Overall, a pleasure.
